MBoSC Presents: Dig Days

Mountain Bikers of Santa Cruz(MBoSC) is excited to bring you another great season of trailwork opportunities. We’ve had a long, dry summer, and the trails are showing it. This Fall and Winter we are hosting eleven volunteer trailwork days to tune up our local trails. MBoSC will be working in Wilder Ranch, Soquel Demonstration State Forest, and Pogonip and we need your help!

Work days are scheduled roughly twice a month (see schedule below), and everyone is welcome — no trail work experience required! Our supportive, experienced crew leaders and trail builders will teach you techniques and make a confident trail builder out of you in no time flat.

Keep in mind that trail work days are weather dependent. Windy and wet weather may produce hazardous conditions, or limit trail work day productivity.

Can you Sponsor a Volunteer Trail Work Day?
We depend on volunteers to build the trail, and we depend on sponsors to keep our volunteers fed, hydrated, and happy during our work days. If your company is interested in helping MBoSC put on an A+ work day, contact us for sponsorship information. This is a great way to promote your business while supporting a community driven project.
